These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between phh444 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("User," "you," or "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the phh444 online gaming platform available at phh444.com and through the phh444 mobile application.

By accessing the phh444 platform in any capacity — whether by browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the phh444 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or through the use of third-party identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering for a phh444 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number and email address. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phh444 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phh444 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify phh444 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

phh444 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at phh444's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

All financial transactions on the phh444 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). phh444 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BDO, BPI, and Metrobank bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at phh444's discretion.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your phh444 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits via BDO, BPI, or Metrobank are subject to standard banking processing times and may take up to one (1) business day to be reflected in your account balance. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. phh444 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours, subject to verification requirements and payment method processing times. phh444 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods registered in the same name as the phh444 account holder.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

phh444 is committed to compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and all related regulations. phh444 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to freeze or close accounts where money laundering or other financial crimes are suspected. Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name.

phh444 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to your phh444 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds will remain unavailable for withdrawal until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

phh444 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent the intent of wagering requirements.

All games available on the phh444 platform — including but not limited to BetterLive Live dealer games, Gold Toad Fishing, Baccarat, Lucky Bingo, Megaways slots, and Deuces Wild video poker — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

6.1 Random Number Generation

Game outcomes on the phh444 platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring that all results are random, independent, and fair. 6.2 Technical Malfunctions

6.3 Disputed Results

Players may submit a formal dispute through the phh444 customer support channel within seven (7) days of the disputed event. phh444's decision on disputed game results shall be final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phh444 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the phh444 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or its games.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or fraudulent activity in connection with any game.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after receiving gaming services.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phh444 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

All content on the phh444 platform — including but not limited to the phh444 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of phh444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phh444 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the phh444 platform without the prior written consent of phh444.

phh444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the phh444 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering on the phh444 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of gaming services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phh444 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phh444 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

phh444's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phh444 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phh444 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phh444 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the platform or its content.

phh444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable game-specific rules.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time when requested.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure for cause, phh444 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is established, any real-money balance in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach or fraud, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable fees) will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

You may request the closure of your phh444 account at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed in accordance with our Responsible Gaming policy.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and phh444, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting phh444 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phh444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phh444 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the phh444 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.
